The Treasure Hunter
Published in Hardcover by Accord Publishing Ltd (November, 1998)
Average review score:

An excellent book, fun, factual and a refreshing style. We picked this book up at a yard sale, and as you can see I'm on the net searching for more of William Boniface!!!. I loved the style in which the events are written. The ideas for the treasure hunters adventures were terrific and the information section towards the end, saved me a great deal of time and explanation!. My 4 year old loved the story. I believe this book stretches a childs mind and leads them down new paths of discovery.

A Trio of Teddies to Crochet
Published in Plastic Comb by The Morrissey Company, Inc. (01 May, 1999)
Average review score:

Cute Bears - Really Easy to Make!Really simple animals to create, and just as easy to put together. The simple clothing is really quick too. Easy enough for someone just learning to crochet, but I made Pierre in mohair and he looks wonderful. No one would guess he was so easy. Instructions are very clear, with line art to help with assembly. Nicely written. I also bought Paulette's newest book, "Button Buddies" which has 5 crocheted animals with button joints. They are adorable.

The Trouble With Timothy (A Tale from the Care Bears)
Published in Hardcover by Parker Brothers (April, 1983)
Average review score:

The Trouble with TimothyThis was one of my favorite books as a child. At one time I had the entire collection, but somehow they magically disappeared over time. This would be a great collection to have once again. This book is essential to the collection. I remember reading this book night after night until I had the entire book down by heart. Truely a work of art.

Twenty-Two Bears
Published in School & Library Binding by Viking Press (March, 1964)
Average review score:

Our children's all-time favorite book.Twenty Two Bears is filled with grand alliteration. It was fun to read as rapidly as one could, with the children chiming in at the end of a rapid delineation of the various bears, "but twenty two bears - that is a lot of bears!". They would also correct us if we became tongue tied during the reading. It was a grand read for us, and for helping the children to learn to read. The book spoke to a grand party for the bears, but ended telling the child that it was really a party for his special bear (teddy bear). I was sorry when it went out of print.

Two Bear Cubs: A Miwok Legend from California's Yosemite Valley
Published in Hardcover by Yosemite Assn (October, 1997)
Average review score:

A great California Indian taleAs a fourth grade teacher in California, I have the pleasure of teaching California history. This book is a great retelling of an old Miwok Indian legend set in Yosemite Valley. Locals, Robert and Daniel San Souci write and illustrate a fun story that tells of the formation of El Capitan in Yosemite. It also teaches that each individual, regardless of size can make a difference. At the end of the book is information on the Miwok tribe and a helpful list of related readings and web sites. The students love the book and it is a fun way to present a California tribe's legend.

Two Fine Ladies: Tea for Three (Step into Reading, 1)
Published in Paperback by Random House (Merchandising) (24 September, 2002)
Average review score:

A Perfect Step-One BookI wish ALL first-step readers were this good! I went shopping for some step-ones for my 5 year old who is just getting comfortable with sounding her way through simple words but gives up easily when she encounters strange constructions or too much text. The first book I picked up was Two Fine Ladies. It was perfect -- large print, short text, challenging words that are easy to sound out, and a story my daughter could relate to. Unfortunately, the next ten step-ones I picked up were not at all ok. They were either heavy with text, full of hard-to-sound-out words, or about older kids and their issues. I finally added one more book to my pile, heavy on text but relatively simple. My duaghter read Two Fine Ladies with pleasure and worked her way through the other one. Guess which one she keeps proudly re-reading?? Two Fine Ladies. I wish there were more like it!

Ultimate Teddy Bear Book
Published in Hardcover by DK Publishing (October, 1991)
Average review score:

I want to hug them all!If you are looking for a book that combines the history of teddy bears with lots of full color photos of individual bears that is also packed with a lot of interesting facts about each bear (and about bear making in general) then this is the book for you.
I am not a serious teddy bear maker, but I enjoy looking at the myriad of photos of the antique bears and learning more about teddy bear history.

Two months in the camp of Big Bear : the life and adventures of Theresa Gowanlock and Theresa Delaney
Published in Unknown Binding by Garland Pub. ()
It is clear that money is needed to upgrade the equipment and hire more officers. NEED (Navaho Electrical Energy Development) thinks they have the solution to the problem. They want to build a small clean nuclear power plant on the reservation believing it is a step in making the tribe self-sustaining. There is a large segment of the Navaho population that doesn't want anything to do with the project and those who are adamantly opposed to the project wind up dead or shot at. It looks like the NEED forces are turning militant but Ella suspects a cold-blooded killer is making it look that way while pursuing a personal agenda.
TRACKING BEAR is a great police procedural that gives readers an insightful look into the culture of the Navaho living on the reservations today. The novel displays the schisms in the tribe between the traditionalists and the modernists as well as the new traditionalists. The who-done-it is complex, compelling and exciting with a plethora of suspects from a grieving father to a Navaho activist. Aimee & David Thurlo have written another fascinating installment in this popular mystery series.
